We are thrilled to welcome Luisa Buinhas back to the HACK’N’TALK stage. As the Co-Founder and Chief Program Officer at Vyoma, Luisa has been at the forefront of developing Vyoma’s space mission. In her keynote, „European Space Security—Building a Resilient Company in a High-Stakes Industry,“ she will delve into this critical topic.
This is Luisa’s second time speaking at our event, and we are eager to hear her insights on the challenges and triumphs of navigating the space sector and the developments and lessons she has gathered over the past two years.
With a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of the German Federal Armed Forces and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft, Luisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her active involvement in the space industry is truly inspiring, including six years dedicated to mission studies for satellite constellations for DLR in Germany, six months as a research intern at MIT, and her recognition as an Amelia Earhart Fellowship holder since 2016. Luisa is also an active member of the Space Traffic Management Technical Committee of the International Astronautical Federation.
